The Health Policy Development Program (HPDP) is a five year USAID-funded initiative implemented by the UPecon Foundation, Inc. in partnership with FACE, Inc. to assist the Department of Health (DOH) in its institutional role of shaping the policy environment towards achieving better health outcomes, a more responsive health system and equitable health care financing.

| Description |
Shall perform project management and technical supervision functions for all projects to be implemented under FACE, Inc. as well as other projects under the Standards and Regulations component of HPDP. These projects shall include, but are not limited to, development of standards and regulatory guidelines, implementation tools and monitoring and evaluation instruments for health programs such as Contraceptive Self Reliance/Family Planning, Maternal, Neonatal and Child Health, and Nutrition. |
