The suitable canddiate will ideally have gained experience with an international organisation, successfully managed large budgets in excess of £3 million with multiple sources of income, used to working to tight deadlines and in a fast paced environment. It is highly desirable if candidates have had experience of working in the NGO community and is familiar with donor reporting and compliance.
