The Philippine Government is undertaking the Second Land Administration and Management Project (LAMP2) with technical assistance grant from the Australian Government and funding support from the World Bank. The Department of Finance (DOF) is implementing LAMP2 Component 4 (Property Valuation and Taxation) through the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) and the National Tax Research Center (NTRC).
